International Recruitment Corporation has been in business since 1997 and currently employs approximately 400 skilled crewmen mainly consisting of Filipinos, Indians and Asians. IRC has offices in the USA, India, Philippines and Malaysia. Our offices are staffed with recruiting managers and logistics coordinators. IRC crewmen include Asst Rig Managers, Cyber and Conventional Drillers, Electronic Technicians all the way down to Roustabouts, and we also provide Marine Crew including Drill Ship Captains, Engineers and AB Seamen for Deepwater projects. Our major operations are in the Middle East, but we also operate in other oil producing regions of the world.
